I don't follow WMMA as much but Holm vs Rousey was such a huge event.

Great striking by Holm keeping Rousey at the end of her crisp shots before that huge head kick dropped Ronda

    Dillshaw vs Barao 2

Dillshaw finishes in style as he underlines his credentials as the top BW in lieu of Cruz being injured.

    McGregor vs Mendes

McGregor beat Holloway before he was the legend he is today but this is probably his biggest win to date as Aldo pulls out of the mega fight.

McGregor gets tagged with some hard shots and is taken down in the first two rounds but after putting his all into a guillotine attempt Mendes gasses and is beaten on by McGregor until he crumbles under the pressure.

    Edgar vs Mendes

Huge win by Edgar as he proves his ATG credentials in beating a great FW in Mendes, by stoppage as well.

    McGregor vs Aldo

Within 13 seconds McGregor lives up to the hype as he destroys ATG champion Jose Aldo.

Say what you want about Connor but he's the real deal and no one can deny that now.

    Pettis vs Dos Anjos.

Pettis is a bona-fide ATG making his economy defence against RDA.

RDA starts off very strongly putting some real hurt in Pettis and pounding out a huge decision win.

    Alvarez vs Melendez

Gilbert is getting on now but still this is a great victory for Alvarez as he edges out ATG Melendez to rack up another name on an increasingly great ledger.

    Dos Anjos vs Cerrone

The new champ defends against a contender on a good run of form.

RDA starts incredibly strongly beating down Cerrone from the off right up until the ref calls it off just over a minute in.

RDA looks set to be the next big thing in the division.

Pettis is called "Showtime". Apparently RDA whispered to him "Showtime is over!" before the ned of the fight!

    Such a gangster!

That RDA is a top top TOP ATG LW. He was on such fine form.

    Lawler vs Mcdonald 2

Macdonald pushed Lawler all the way last time out and he proves his credentials by dismantling Woodley.

Lawler gives a great performance early on with crisp accurate shots but then a pair of head kicks very nearly turn it around for Macdonald as he comes within a whisker of stopping Lawler.

The fifth sees both men go for gold as Lawler proves too accurate and ultimately stops Macdonald to retain his belt and underline his credentials as an ATG.
