Mosley executed a perfect gameplan. It was the same Margarito we always see last Saturday, minus his usual rockgloves, but he was fighting in the same style as he always does. Mosley was just physically stronger, faster, and had the smarter gameplan. All credit to Mosley for that win, he genuinely earned it.
What surprised me was you could really see how strong Shane is. There was a time or two that he justed rolled AM into the corner or onto the ropes. It wasn't just tying him up strategically, Shane muscled him around to re-position and get off the ropes
I did gain a lot of respect (regardless) when his entire corner and the everybody else was telling him after 8 it's OVER and he can't go on......and Margo seemed to be "**** that, if I'm goin' down, it's gonna be in the ring, not on this ****in' stool". He could have not come out there and took the final (and really unnecessary) shots, and nobody would have blamed him. But he didn't want to go out like that. I know all that part of the show is overshadowed, but damn.:yep
True there too. Shane could just toss Margo around once they were tied up, and when in too close Shane could give a little push, and Margo would go a couple steps back.
In hind sight when you re-watch that ****, it makes you wonder too if Shane wasn't coming with evil intentions once Nazim returned to Shane's room and told him what Margo was going to try to do. Shane was goin out there to straighten that **** out.:yep
The reason he got stopped was because Mosley completely battered him, you can't put it down to one thing Margarito was or was not doing, just give Mosley his due.
