But there is no way in hell that an argument can be made that Pac is in the top 20-25. Not a legitimate one anyway.

Both Floyd and Pac would fall in the top 40-50 of all time, being realistic and un bias.

NOW - should one get a win over another, that would elevate them a lot higher. And should they go on to gain some even more wins (e.g. Floyd beat Martinez at 160 for the lineal middleweight title, or Pac [finally] beats JMM in convincing fashion and beats a legitimate 154 pound champ at that weight class) - THEN a case can be made for top 20.

I don't see the worlds following "NOW" to happen, so us fans of these fighters should be content with where they stand historically.
