What former fighter would make the best commentator

Haha yeah, that'd be absolutely awesome. I would also enjoy to hear what James Toney had to say on fights too.

 

Ali and Merchant would argue all the time - cause Merchant says some of the crazies things.

Think about it. Have you found yourself talking to the TV - after one of Larry's comments. Ali would be that voice that ask: "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT!" It would be like a comedy show.

 

A healthy Ali would have been the best, hands down. It's a shame he's the way he is... if only the man could talk. :?

Why not throw Roger Mayweather up there for some color commentary? haha

Tyson could be good as well. He has great boxing knowledge, and could say anything at anytime...

Toney would probably challenge whoever was fighting to a fight afterward, and could possibly end up knocking out Merchant haha.

I'd like to see any of them.

When Douglas boxed Tyson in Tokyo , Evander did commentary for BskyB..

He was actually very good, then he saw a multi million fight go up in smoke..

Evander and Iron Mike doin colour commentary on same night.. That could get nasty...
