He's a pretty impressive CW but I see nothing in this guy that looks like he could win any of the 4 major titles as a matter of fact.. I'd pick any current title holder over David Haye. At the most he could win maybe an obscure title in the division but other than that I don't see him doing too well. His chin is already shaky at CW so I'm willing to bet that it'd drop to glass or maybe even border-line china at HW. Boy.. imagine what Wladimir would do to him?

B/c all it takes to be a force in the HW division is power & stamina. Even a shaky chin isn't enough to derail someone w/ those 2 qualities.

Show me a HW who's 6'3, 230, in good shape, and has KO power, and I'll show you the next heir to the throne.

    haye comes to fight.

to even mention harrison in the same sentence as haye is moronic. haye would ice harrison with ease.

it will be interesting to see if haye's punch resistance improves when he does move up, after all he won't be starving himself silly to make a weight limit anymore. give the bloke a chance before you write him off.

the problems with Haye from what I can see are correctable - low hands in defence. I think at least from what I seen of Haye in the Mormeck fight, the only reason Haye went down was because he was weight drained. I think that the HW category (minus wlad) is there for the taking and Haye would be anice edition.peace.

Right. He's get blasted out. Haye is the but the coffee of the day for those not happy with the current four ( soon to be 3 ) belt holders.

Look whatever you say about this Bonin guy about being in with **** opponents, he has still been in there with Heavyweight and had taken big punches, but due to Hayes speed and accuracy plus natural punching power he took the guy out in 2 minutes. Bonin has sparred with plenty of the top Heavys including the Klitshckos, Valuev and Chagev and you could see the look on his face when he got hit by Haye, he couldn't beleive the punching Power, he has never been hit like that before.

At 230lbs Haye will be the Fastest and most accuarte Heavy out thier, and due to that he will be one of the most devistating punchers. Remember at 230lbs he will be all muscle, only Wlad is like that and H/W at the mo. Muscle creates more power that fat.

He also has made his way to the top by beating Eastern Europeans, and who are the current Champions. He is Naturally bigger than all 4 champs apart from Wlad.

OH AND WHAT GIVES YOUR THE RIGHT TO SAY HE WON'T...........EVERYBODY ON HERE IS ENTITLED TO AN OPINION THATS WHY WERE ON A FORUM YOU PRAT!

When you see that three of the holders are Chagaev, Ibragimov and Maskaev you have to think any contender is literally one punch away from being a champ - that includes Wlad for that matter.

Yeh Maskaev and Wlad have both been knocked out and down by lesser pucnhers than Haye.

His chin may improve when he stops starving himself.

because the division is wide open&anyone with decent skills&power can make a mark, haye ticks those boxes&then some.

Yeah, when you look at some of the guys who have held alphabet titles these last 5-10 years, you got to give Haye a good chance of winning one too.

Because he can knock any of them out, no problem at all, and thus he always has a chance

It's as simple as that really. He could just as easily get iced himself, but then he has the speed to see those fat plodders coming a mile off which gives him an advantage

I don't see too many David Tua's in the heavyweight division at the moment, all of their fat asses can be knocked out
