What gloves to get.

    Hello, I was wounding if I should get 16oz or 14oz gloves for hitting a heavy bag. I am a 6'3 250lb 16 year old male.

    16oz if you plan on fighting then definitely use 16oz because if you get used to throwing lots of punches with the 16oz then you will be able to throw 3x as many when you use the actual fight gloves (usually 10-12oz gloves)

    get the C-17 Ring to cage gloves
    they feel like winning gloves at only 100 bucks

    lonsdale super pro traditional 18oz training gloves for £50 or the twins special in white are good however i stick with adidas boxing as it is good quality German brand that lasts forever, much longer than Everlast,RDX,Title etc

    Sir, I disagree.. At least the adidas boxing gloves you can get in here don't stand more than 4 or 5 months (personal experience, also friends had that problem) just like Everlast.

    BUT maybe the compañy is just sending ****ty equipment to my country, it's a possibility.
