what good exercise's(Without Weights) to make thighs and calfs stronger

  2. x2 jumping rope is GREAT for the calves

    yea man, i used to run bleachers at the local highschool, great for putting some muscle on your legs

    for some reason i would always find them motivating. I would stand down and stare at the top of the stairs and say to reach the top of any in the world you must be determined and i would actually finish it off

    yea bleachers are motivating, make you feel great, and you can find them anywhere

    With any sort of advice there needs to be backwards and forwards communication to understand the issue, when the original poster hasn't been on the boards for two years it makes it a bit of a waste of time for people to give advice. I don't want to have to check the dates of every thread I open.
    When you do bump an old thread can you atleast type 'bump' at the start of your post? It'd be much appreciated.
