wtf are you training for a 12rd fight for?

Do you want to make your legs STRONGER, or do you want to condition them for endurance?

Rope skipping, hill sprints, pistol squats, duck walks, lunges, and certain isometrics like wall sits will help build your legs. Ross Enamait has a book called "Never Gymless" which is bodyweight with a few resistance band supplemental exercises. Its divided into various chapters

    Upper Body Pushing & Power
    Upper Body Pulling and Power
    Lower Body
    Core Exercises
    Isometrics

The exercises include pistol squats, one armed push ups, glute ham raises and just abhout every calisthenic you can think of. There are programs for max strength, speed strength, explosive strength and strength endurance combined with sample training cycles and periodization. I highly recommend it
