What happen to boxing being better after Mayweather retired?!

    Between 2013-2015 every division between 135-154 was competitive as hell. Every guy was aiming for the crown. Now that the crown is vacant no one "really" wants to be the man.:huh

    A few foreign guys want the mantle but language barriers and a lack of star power competition is keeping them from taking position.

    It seems to be getting worse, not better since TBE departed.

    pretty sure all the new top talent in WW were ducking each other while Mayweather was still around.

    Yes they were. Thurman was the biggest example of only fighting for Mayweather. Now he only fights once a year since an old shot Collazo tapped his cage.

    That's the common trend for Haymon fighters.

    One good paycheck, but that's the only one you'll get that year.

    The divisions have been good this year, I think. We're seeing people actually strive to be the best in their own division rather than praying they'd be big enough to fluke the Mayweather payday.

    most all of those fights have nothing to do with mayweather.
