What happened to a Ward-Chavez fight?

    I thought Top Rank and HBO were pushing for Andrea Ward And JCC, Jr. to fight. Now, why are they pushing for GGG to fight Junior?

    Ward is already a super middleweight, along with Jr. GGG is the older fighter of the three and a natural middleweight.

    Is Bob Arum protecting his investments? What's the deal, really?

    Maybe Ward is waiting for the Groves Froch winner.

    If that's the case, Ward better hope Groves wins. And, even then, who's to say Groves/Froch wouldn't have a rubber match?

    Ward is still fighting with his own promoter. In court. Can't sign for fights right now.
