what happened to all the margarito haters?

Cotto is an A level, sometimes a B or a B+ can beat an A under certain circumstances. Forrest losing twice to Mayorga for example, but schooling Mosely prior to it.

 

There were a **** load of guys hear picking Cotto over Marg. I wasnt much of a fan of either and thats why i shyed away from picking this fight. In the polls, i voted for Margo but that was just a guess - cause to me it was up in the air.

Now I can honestly say, Cotto has made a fan of me... Much respect, even in that loss...:good

 

Margo is a B level fighter? :huh

He still has yet to prove his worth. He just beat prime Miguel Cotto.

I never HATED Margo, but I was definitely predicting a Cotto TKO late rounds. Underestimated Margo big time, never thought he could do what he did.

I am definitely not 1 of them. I thought Cotto would TKO Margo with body shots. I respect what Margo did but I still don't like him. Once he finally fights somebody that can dent his armor like Tito did Mayorga he is DONE. Floyd would box circles around him like Cotto did except it would last 12 rounds for Floyd.

Actually I expected Cotto to beat Margo to the punch in the pocket and crack his ribs not try to be like Floyd. WTF does Hopkins/Tito have to do with anything. I compared Mayorga and Margarito. Tito should never be in an iron chin comparison.

 

So, you think, contrary to the rest of the whole world, that you see something in the welterweight division contenders that makes them less than "A" level fighters?

What divisions, pray tell, have "A" level fighters in them, and what makes them "A"-level in comparison to the welterweight division (which just so happened to house the previous P4P king and # 3 (Cotto)?

I wasn't a Margo hater, but I did say that Cotto would win the fight by UD. I will stand by what I said though, Margo is a one dimensional fighter, but his heart, size and strength is enough to compete at this level. Major respect for both fighters though

Again: name fighters in other divisions that are "A" level and why you consider them A level as opposed to the fighters in the welterweight division. Face it, Cotto was one of the best P4P fighters in the world and he lost in a tough, gruelling fight to margarito. If he isn't A-level, noone in boxing right now is A-level, either.

Don't try and take credit away from either fighter.

 

You say your not a hater but you come here and say margo has not proven his worth. And that cotto is b level, when b4 this fight most people would of had told you he was the man at welter in a crowded division. I'm sorry but when your at the top your not b level and his resume is better then pw so don't even try to argue that he wasn't the man b4 this. Maybe hating just comes natrual to you floyd boys.
