It baffles me. You can point to Arum...but Floyd and Oscar don't like each other and they work it out... So why can't Floyd negotiate with Todd?

Floyd cares most about $$ and there is no bigger fight than a Manny fight. Floyd is the A side here, so it's easier for him to get it done. His last $40 mil offer was garbage, because it was a phone call...even after Floyd said that he doesn't negotiate, that Al and Richard do it all. Even if he was serious, Manny is the only other legit PPV draw in the sport, so that was a terrible offer.

Floyd is afraid to lose and I think that is obvious, so maybe he sees Pac as a high risk fight. Floyd isn't afraid of Pac himself... just an L on his record.
