You're absolutely clueless. In the 90s Wlad was managed by Universum -- a promotion outfit notorious for generating paper padded records for their fighters. The recent destruction of Alexander Dimitrenko (and his paper record) is testament to that.

Even if Wlad wanted he could never have fought a risky fight while under Universum. If you're blaming Wlad for not taking higher quality fights in the 90s then you're pissing up the wrong tree.
