Exposed many times. Crushed by an aged Quintana.... maybe he realizes he's kinda like Keandre Leatherwood or Donyil Livingston -- Just a Mayweather hype. Not sure if he WANTS a career as a "higher-up journeyman".
I was shocked he was the favorite heading in to the Quintana fight. I think he is clearly a tier below and couldn't believe the majority even on ESB were picking Latimore. As the others said. He just isn't very good and has no future, thus no incentive for anyone to pay for his fights, and he's probably earned just enough to this point that he won't fight for $2,500 paydays on small cards.
