What happened to John Joe Nevin?

    One of Irelands greatest amateurs.
    Undefeated as a pro and was just about moving into world level, and nothing in 4 years.

    Anyone know if he retired or what?

    He didn't retire. He was scheduled to fight a few months ago:

    The card wasn't cancelled; John Cooney did fight. JJN didn't but I can't suss out what happened.
