Ishida lost rigberto alvarez that shows you he was a D level fighter and Kirkland still lost even though he had beaten far tougher oppsition previously

Kirkland was expected to win by spectacular KO, but Ishida didn't "play" along. Everything was arranged for him, this was a "fixed" fight gone awefully wrong. "Fixed" in a sense that with Ishida's record compared to Kirkland what would one expect but Kirkland winning and Ishida losing by KO. These type of fights happens from time to time.

he needs ann wolfe. whatever issues they have, they need to work it out. He had no strategy. His hands weren't up, wasn't moving his head, taking wide shots. There was no technique. He always had a questionable chin but with Wolfe she was able to at least get his technique down.

good lord man he is with Kenny Adams who is a very competent trainer...

That is not an excuse he simply can't take a punch Ray Arcel and Eddie Futch couldn't help him now. Kirkland has a fragile Glass Jaw.

i'm not saying kenny adams isn't a competent trainer. I'm saying the relationship with Ann Wolfe allowed Kirkland to listen and trust her more than he currently has with Adams.

i'm also not saying kirkland doesn't have a fragile jaw. in fact I think i did point out he doesn't have a good chin.

Julio is not a great measuring stick. He is a solid pro but doesn't excel in any area and will never be a world titlist.
