Very much so. There was alot of hype built around him because people were calling him the White Mike Tyson (along with Boytsov & Chagaev). Then the reports (which might be true, but who really cares now) of him breaking forearms of sparring partners when they would try to cover up from his shots. The argument could be made that he's still young (only 25), and who knows maybe he proves me wrong and turns into a force. But that initial wave of hype has long passed. And I'm not seeing a consistent jump in opponent quality.
