    He was Billy Grahm's assistant. He had also worked with Floyd Sr. before. He is the one who negotiated Floyd Sr. training Hatton.

    Lee was a one time fighter who knew Graham and was familiar with some of the manchester lads, he had worked out on Vegas alongside Roger and Floyd sr , he suggested that Ricky go work alongside Floyd and the US guys to further his career, Lee just does the day to day mit man stuff with Hatton while he is in the UK.. Lee is British.
