That kid's a definite future P4P for sure. Here's today's article about him. http://www.maxboxing.com/news/promo...ing-immigration-law-and-the-kid-in-the-middle He fights in Chicago on Saturday on the Top Rank live undercard on Fox Sports. Here's his second fight. He's currently 5-0 (5). [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dtNulnR7hGk[/ame]
He has super quick hands, and great combinations. Seems to flow seamlessly from body to head, too. I wouldn't mind seeing footage of him sparring Khan, curious as to how those sessions go -- Khan apparently said that Benavidez was better than Malignaggi. Pac clearly wasn't taking Benavidez seriously in his own sparring session, but it was still an eye-catching display.
I think he made the right choice turning pro at 17 before gunning for the 2012 Olympics. USA Boxing's infrastructure is in shambles, and with the politics involved with the judging, who knows if he would've even made it past trials?
