Even at his best, he was getting outboxed fairly easily by mid level fighters, Rahman, Izon, Maskaev, Wooden, they were all handleing him pretty easily before Tua finally caught up to them, but Tua was relentless and active and that in itself would have possibly created an opening for him to catch Lewis who could be knocked out.
Jazzy Jeff Wooden is one of the forgotten men of the 90s division. Guy was literally about 3 rounds away from a trio of great results...a win over Tua and draws with Byrd and Grant. Gave Rahman fits too. Had a lovely triple jab. Just tended to tire in the later rounds, which cost him.
