When did he get hyped? People were curious, because he was Big George's kid, but I don't remember anybody ever hyping the guy. Since he was last pro active he is busy owning and operating a boxing gym (now a chain of gyms) in Boston, really more of a high-end white-collar fitness club that happens to have a couple of rings and roomful of heavy bags. I used to belong to it a few years ago but couldn't afford it anymore. Hype is what Tommy Morrison's kid is getting. Big difference between the ridiculous exaggerations steeped in no merit whatsoever made on behalf of Trey Lippe ("one, maybe two more years of gradually stepping up his competition and he could knock out Joshua/Povetkin/Klitschko!!") and people just sort of casually wondering during Monk's run how far he could go.
I didn't mean that sort of hype maby should have worded it better but he was talked about a little Haven't really checked out Morrison's kid will have to is he any good
These sons of ATGs, or even decent contenders, rarely duplicate what their fathers did. Most of them just have led too comfortable lives to make the sacrifices needed to get where their dads did. There are a few exceptions, but not many.
What is Rahman's son doing? He has some amateur experience right? I''ve seen Tre and well........he could be fed to Seth Mitchell if he made a comeback LOL.
Some yeah, mixed success. He debuted in April, now 2-0, both KO1s. He's fighting on Thursday, actually.
