He’s an accurate puncher who puts constant pressure on opponents and wears them down. He also has a great gas tank and is always balanced. He doesn’t throw haymaker punches or try to KO opponents with one punch, and he is defensively responsible. I think he could have taken Joshua out in that last round if he jumped on him but he’s so disciplined. We will see how he does in the rematch and against other HW opponents but I’m enjoying it while it lasts. His style relies on stamina, and he expends a ton of energy with his movement (head and feet). So far, he is fit enough to keep it going. His constant movement and pressure is the only way he can win at HW, it’s amazing he’s able to do it at his age against much bigger guys. How long can he keep this up at HW while giving up so much size to his opponents. Also, he’s hard to hit but AJ landed a couple big shots and he didn’t blink. His chin is underrated. Punching power is not his strength but he’s no powder puff. He hits hard enough to keep his opponents honest and to take them out later in the fight. I suspect he’s going to try to take AJ out in the next fight. He knows he can handle his power and can jump on him when he hurts AJ. Weren’t we talking about how Fury had no power before the second Wilder fight? How soon boxing fans change their opinion.
