Apparently Wanderlei has undergone facial surgery.

I've read the procedure was, scar-tissue-removal surgery.

hahah no way thought it looked too weird

 

He's had a nose job to correct breathing issues and had scare tissue removed from both eyes.

It looks like there's still a lot of swelling in the vids and pics I've seen so he should look better soon.

 

dude the original looks faker then the fake, i think its real. after facial surgery your swelled up for a while, he'll look alright in the comming months.

 

I saw the video... that picture wasn't fake. He looked exactly the same in the video.

 

He now looks like the Girugamesh meme guy.
