Late power? Did it even reach the mid rounds?

It look like a blood sugar thing to me, never saw anyone gas like that after 5 rounds. He looked like a ghost when the ring doctor examined him. No proof here but foul play might have been a foot.

Thats a great excuse. Its as good as Wilder's costume excuse.

Btw he didn't just gas out. He was punched delirious by a man with very heavy hands.. Alfredo Angulo suffered the same fate against Kirkland. Its happened loads of times.

He expended way more energy than his body was capable of dealing with at a cellular level. I don't believe it was foul play and I think the proof is that he largely abandoned his high pace approach after that and went for a much more measured strategy. I do believe that at the time he probably genuinely thought he'd been doped.

David Price in the Thompson rematch. Exact same outcome. Pricey couldn't breathe from exhaustion. There's loads of examples.

You know what there's zero examples of? A guy losing because of a "blood sugar thing".

Your excuses are no more valid than the excuses made by Wilder fanboys.

Your excuses also push the notion that Breswter didn't land a single blow on Klitschko , that Klitschko just suddenly blew his gasket without being touched. . Thats obviously a laughable excuse.

Brewster hit Wlad very hard to the head and body. But the main thing that lead to his downfall was the the pressure he was under because it forced him to move a lot more than he wanted to.
He was forced to use up 3-4 rounds of foot movement for him in the first round alone. The pressure would continue to break down his stamina because the ref refused to allow him catch rest breaks by leaning all over Brewster's back. . Wlads owed his success to creating a pace that he was comfortable with. His stamina issues were always there , thats why he constantly fought like an octopus.
This is real talk. . Spiking water bottles and blood sugar levels is stupid talk

I'm not sure that I've ever seen someone as big and muscular as Wlad fight at the pace he did early in his career. Joshua is the only guy who sort of comes to mind and he suffered a similar fate against Ruiz.

There's always that one guy on Wladimir Klitschko threads, pushing his agenda that he's not even sure where it will take him, except for that he knows that Wlad is EEEEVVILLLL and must be destroyed

You still didn't give me a real example in round 5. He was never winded this early nor did he look sick. Guess you can't. I won't ask again. Besides he avenged the loss big time when he was at 100% and never had a stamina issue ever again. Went 12 rounds multiple times. You don't have the blood sample do you? Your are just making that up. In my opinion some was off with Wlad that night.

You couldn't refute the examples you were already given , so why would I give you more?

How many ever lost in the history of boxing because of a "blood sugar thing". You can't answer.

That rematch means as much as Whyte's rematch against Povetkin. Brewster was finished.

When they fought on even terms , and both were prime, Wlad got destroyed.

But who says Brewster was 100% for the first fight? He had been out of the ring for more than a year. He fought nobody on Wlads level. He didn't have Manny Steward in his corner either.
Wlad in better stead , held the advantages , yet still got blown out.

If he had high blood sugar, the following are possible explanations:
    1. Adverse reaction to corticosteroids.

    2. Some sort of PED idiocy that involved use of exogenous insulin and carb loading while training followed by discontinuing the insulin just in time to pass a drug test with no regard for the crash in natural insulin that would occur. I'm not sure if they'd even be checking insulin levels on a drug test either.

Brewster had just spent weeks or maybe even months laying in bed recovering from surgery though to be fair.
