I'm hearing Lenny will move up to Light Welter so they may never clash.

all of em got KD. Dib, kickett and Zapa. but I reckon if they fight someone with more than 10 KO's. I dunno if he can shake it off easily. See right now they fought safe opps with less than 10 KO. No power at all..

mate i agree 100% that crowe would beat zappa and kickett.

but my point was more to the zappa knockers.

so who do think wins out of zappa and kickett?

Dont know....very hard to say...it would be a great fight.

Zappa looked great last time out with combos and body shots while Kickett looked a bit off even though he won all rounds.

Still dont know so I will sit on the fence for a while.:hey

Phil, is there a possibility that Kickett is in your sights for a shot at the IBO? Seems to be spoken of by you in a way that suggests he's being courted. JMO but I wonder whether the IBO is develping a contingency plan with the aim of Kickett fighting for the IBO title down the track. I know there's a mandatory rematch between Dib and Morali. What happens if this doesn't go ahead or if Morali needs an opponent? Just thinking aloud...

As far as I know there are no specifc replays scheduled. Unless FoxSports squeeze some highlights into the fights on tonight from 7:30 on Foxsport1 and replayed tomorrow on Foxsport2 from 11am

I'l bet my house (I'm renting btw) that Kickett fights Marali for the vacated belt.

On Kickett...that's two fights now where he has looked a little flat to me. Lack of genuine pop is a concern. He was trying his hardest to ko that kid the other night but came up short.

When he steps it up against top ten level guys, he's going to find it hard to keep those guys off him. But in saying that he does a good job of moving for the duration and still racking up rounds. Without a punch, he's going to struggle though.

I gotta say, though Willie doesnt have a whole lot of power the concussive force and damaging effect of his punches is there in every fight Ive seen.

He marked up Gairy pretty bad, might have broken his nose. The Indo he fought the other night apparently had similar injuries.
Cant expect him to stop Tommy Browne, Gerongco and Dulog are pretty hard to put away. I think he could have stopped Dulog if he wanted but Craig gave him strict instructions to box smart.

I think his KO percentage is slightly misleading taking into account the known toughness of the opposition he has fought.

I still reckon he needs to back off the peddle a bit with his schedule and train better on his technique. He backed up pretty quickly from his last fight to fight the Indo on Wednesday.
Quality over quantity I say, will help him in the long run.
