His fanclub have dispersed faster than the Saddam Hussein look alikes did when they started bombing Baghdad. It is amazing how much mileage Peter got out of that Jeremy Wiliams knock out. LOL But I guess he's finally milked that for all its worth. Maybe that's what he needs, now that his clout has dried up. Another fight with Jeremy Williams. But raise the bar, this time..........KO him in half the time, and leave Williams in a coma........ LOL That'll get Peter-Mania rolling again.
I am a fan and friend of Samuel's , he will come again and it is going to take a loss of this nature to make him change a few things he needs to adjust.. Weight is an issue.. (he knows it) Taking advantage of opportunity is another.. he was champ then it went away.. before he had chance to realise it ever happened.. He is humbled right now and he will by the grace of God become a far better fighter through all of this.. I know it is something that many on here will laugh at and redicule, but I spoke with Samuel yesterday and he is in a very lonely place... He knows nothing but boxing and its gonna be that love for his sport and proffession that will bring him through with bright colours.. God Bless....
I heard Sam raided one of the fan club meetings and ate all of the cookies and juice they set out for the fans, and they turned against him.. They now frequent the Vitali Klitschko fanclub, and are getting much more success there
**ALSO** some of them have found a better competetive eater to get behind; that adam guy from man vs food
Come on Bennyj... he knows there is a food issued... Just like Lockett knows he has ability issues..... damn... (just kidding) Gary is an ok guy....... He just had no business in there with Pavlik.......
Scar , you are not far from the truth.. He has had his camp and entourage mixed around so much he is not much bothered about what people think of him or say... I was gutted to actually hear him try to apologise to me for the weekends loss.. Samuel needs to do things for him now, and no one else....
Sam Peter was suppose to be able to beat both Klitschkos, and any other Hw in the World by Ko. Peter was extremely hyped and had a legion of fans. Peter was billed as being an absolutely devastating puncher because he ko'd Yanqui Diaz and Jeremy Williams.
That's some serious dedication. I can't help but respect that - for your sake, I hope he gets his house in order. Even though he landed at only 19%, he at least threw more than Chambers (granted, it's really hard to get outworked by Fast Eddie) and marked him up with grazing shots. I don't see any light at the end of the tunnel for his career, but who knows?
