That's what I'm worried about actually. I really don't know whether Pac can stand up to Hatton's body punches. I'd have more confidence in Pac withstanding a head shot than a body shot when it comes to Hatton. It's basically what's keeping me from truly picking a winner in this fight.
He'll freeze or take a knee after a well placed bodyshot. No clean shot from either fighter is going to score a KD or get the other in series trouble. An accumilation of clean blows is what will win the fight. If Hatton is scoring early and winning rounds I don't see Manny pulling it out in the late rounds. Pac would start to slip. I'm picking Hatton.
:blood You just contradicted yourself. Or maybe I'm just slow and the first sentence was just sarcasm?
No I ****ed up. Kinda exaggerated on that first line I don't think the bodyshot that put Castillo away would KD Pacman in the heat of the moment but it would most likely put him on the defensive.
Im sure roach is working on that as we speak. The same thing i was thinking before the delahoya-pacquiao fight. What would happen when oscar land that killer left hook? well we all know it never even got close to connecting so im sure roach and pacman has a good game plan for that body shot by hatton. now the question is what happens when ricky gets hit by the straight left over and over
Hatton lands left hook to the body and Pac reacts as if it was nothing: "He took it!" Pacquiao took it!"
