That's Pac's M.O. He's so fast and gives you so much angle that his opponents don't see the punches coming. And all of his opponents have mentioned that he is much faster in person, and I think that's what scares Mayweather.

Heres the thing, you cant really base any of Manny's or Floyd's performances against their past opponents, i believe we will see a better Manny and a better Floyd for this fight.

Manny recently has fought bigger guys, who are all SLOW with NO movement or footwork whatsoever, yes they're bigger, taller, but too slow against a fast Manny. The Mosley fight will show, the openings in Mannys "defense" if you can even call it that. Since Mosley is the fastest guy
Pacquiao will face so far considering hes old maybe shot.

Manny wont be able to throw 1000-1500 punches, Against counter punchers hes punch output is cut in half like vs Marquez, plus hes also flat footed, hes timing is good, but hes not that fast. Also you cant create good angles if you dont throw 3-6 punch combo. 1-2 punches are predictable.

Floyd on the other hand, takes longer for him to figure out southpaws, meaning hes vulnerable in those early rounds, He gets hit flush against them but not often, hes also a counter puncher so volume punching is hes weakness. But also he wont fight Pacman, the way he did against those southpaws. He wont stand in front waiting to counter, hell be moving.

    Footwork/Movement is the Key.

Floyd will be moving the whole fight, he wont stand and let Manny get off comfortably, using hes +5 reach advantage to get Manny off balance when he reaches.

When the fight gets rough, I expect Floyd to adjust, I see Manny resorting back to being left dominant when the fight isnt going hes way. Plus Manny has no Defense, what if he cant get off? or break Floyd defense?

What if Floyd defense is broken, he can go offensive, clinch, use dirty tactics and fight dirty. I just see Floyd with better skills to adjust to whatever the opponent brings, Manny brings it, but to opponent who are slow with no defense, they just raise both their hands up. The only fights ive seen Manny who were an actual challenge were fighters who actually moved when Pacman charged in, like morales1, marquez, and solis.

And we know Floyd has fought more southpaws, then Manny has fought counter punchers. Based on skills, i got Mayweather.

This is where I disagree, he wont throw punches, if he cant hit the opponent.

But against Margo, Clottey, Cotto, Hatton, DLH, they're standing there to get hit.

    Footwork/Movement is the key imo.

Floyd will still brutally KO Pacman.

However the following conditions must be met:

    1. OSDT
    2. > $50M

Wide margin? You are twisting facts. It is split decision.

Mayweather is very good at surviving...expect him to try clinch almost straight away if hurt. And if that doesn't work, you could probably expect him to try trade with Pacquiao just on pride alone...no matter what happens in those exchanges.
