Famoso Hernandez vs Escobedo,just a great fight which will go as underrated probably.

Also thoroughly enjoyed Antonio Diaz vs. Javier Castro, Vicente Escobedo vs. Famoso Hernandez, Librado Andrade vs. Vitali Tsypko, Giovanni Segura vs. Cesar Canchilla II, Michael Katsids vs. Jesus Chavez, Rocky Martinez vs. Nicky Cook, Jermain Taylor vs. Carl Froch, and Irving Garcia vs. Carlos Abregu.

Dunne-cordaoba for drama

marquez - diaz for quality

Dunne-Cordoba would get my vote but im biased because i was at it and it was the best atmosphere i ever expeience at a sporting occasion

 

Andreas Kotlnik vs Marcus Reina was a great class of stlyes but unforutuantly didnt have the drama a FOTY candidate needs.

Berto-Collazo just edges JMM-Diaz imo, simply cuz we got a few more rds out of it.

Upset of the year: Mosley Vs. Margarito (Tho not in my book, Mosley is that dude)

Diaz vs Marquez fight of the year hands down....

 

My choice is Berto-Collazo.

More consistent punches with bad intentions throughout the fight. Big swings of momentum.

I think if Abregu-Garcia had been fought with more high level fighters it would be fight of the year. But, I think that because it was a couple of unknowns it is going to be overlooked.

 

Abregu - Garcia was a burner! Definitely a FOTY candidate.
