Benn v McClellan in '95 is a personal favourite. Incredible drama with Benn battling back heroically from a desperate position. Obviously it will always be overshadowed by McClellan's subsequent plight but that shouldn't take anything away from Benn's performance.

Not sure I can pick one individually - but Lewis vs Tyson shouldn't be on there!!!!

All (other than that) are great victories. Perhaps the standout is Hatton vs Tszyu, in that Ricky was the underdog, but Benn-McClellan has to take it for me.

G-Man was the favourite, huge puncher and knocked Benn out of the ring in the first.

    Benn-Mclellan for me too.

I'd have had knackered, out of shape old Lennox vs prime Klitschko ahead of Lewis-Tyson too.

Benn GMan for me too. Calzaghe Kessler of recent times was a good match up but that Benn McClellan was the most intense roller coaster ride of a fight ive ever seen.

The atmosphere on the night, and even before, the sense of utter forboding at what Benn had let himself in for. Awsome stuff.

Calzaghe/Lacy for me. As time has progressed more and more people seem to be discrediting it however on that night Joe put on a masterclass. The vast majority of the boxing community thought Jeff Lacy was going to come over, expose Calzaghe and blow him out the water.

Instead what we got was an exceptional performance by Calzaghe.

benn v mclellan is the best performance i've seen british or not. absolutely heroic . still makes the hairs stand up thinking about it now.
for the others, i know hopkins & kessler are better fighters but performance wise i'd say the lacy fight was calzaghe's best. he was mesmerising that night

True - Lacy was meant to be the SMW Tyson

Honeyghan vs Don Curry should be on the list imo.
