    dlh pbf easy. historically yes. it changed a lot of things in industry. 24/7. rise of gbp...rise of haymon. etc etc. list goes on. everything changed after that fight.

    I agree with most of what you posted. However, I think what Oscar v Floyd did was a real game changer. I would argue that this fight elevated the popularity of boxing to the Tyson or even the Fab Four era. Floyd was smart enough to capitalize on that fight and became a mega star.
