GGG was actually ready to fight next.
When has Canelo ever been ready to fight next...not next year?

He said the same thing after the Khan fight. Then he vacated the MW title and fought Liam Smith instead lol

Dude before and after the Cotto fight it had been said over and over if GGG was willing to compromise on weight they'd fought instead of Khan if he insisted on 160 then he'd have to wait til Alvarez officially moved up. I don't like catchweight but for a guy moving up can't hate that at all.
Has it ever occurred that maybe the reason he didn't get Cotto and has yet to get Alvarez is because he wants things his way? One thing that Canelos opponents and Cottos opponents have in common that GGG doesn't is they were willing to COMPROMISE something to make the fight.

Umm maybe beat Trout and become unified JMW Champ? Trout is better than all of GGGs wins P4P. A fight he was told not to take. And look how that fight was made Canelo didn't b1tch about money, weight a side none of that he just fought.
When he fought Cotto didn't complain about money a side none of that he fought in bigger fights for less than 15mil.

My point in general isn't say Golovkin isn't worthy of a fight, I'm asking what is he doing to actually make the fight a reality?
To make the Floyd fight Canelo concede weight, to make the Cotto fight conceded money. To try and make the Canelo vs Golovkin fight Gennandy has done nothing.

The reasons why he vacated the MW title and fought Liam Smith weren't because he wasn't "ready" for Golovkin.

He vacated the MW title because he was being dictated to following the Khan fight and was told if he didn't agree to those terms within a set time frame he would be stripped. It's not hard to understand that Canelo considers himself a Jr Middleweight, but he was also confident that he could handle Golovkin. What do you expect him to say when asked about fighting Golovkin?

It was important for Canelo to make the Smith fight while he could still make 154, because that allows him to move up to MW "As a Jr Middleweight Title Holder" rather than as a MW title holder since he hadn't yet fought anywhere near the MW limit. Recapturing a 154-lb title was important to him, Canelo felt like a fish out of water being forced to compete at 160 when he was still a Jr Middleweight, but at the same time he felt that he was ready for Golovkin too. Now that he's re-captured a title at 154-lb, he's now ready to move up to MW "the right way", "as a full recognized champion from the division below" as it should be done.

You realize Trout and Alvarez were the same weight in ring, also that Cotto has been coming into fights weighting 160 since he was at 147.

Only guys who you can say we're truly small were Khan and Mayweather and really the Mayweather one doesn't fly as he was a 2 time JMW Champ before facing Alvarez.

Again your making it seem like I said Golovkin is an undeserving challenger never said that at all, what I am asking is what has he done to help make the fight happen.
To make the Floyd fight happen Canelo conceded weight, to make Cotto he conceded money.
Name me one thing Golovkin has been willing to do to make this fight possible.

Honestly your whole promise is really hypocritical Golovkins best win is a Welter who never even fought at JMW before. Cotto was at JMW before Canelo was and won title's at JMW an MW the small excuse doesn't fly maybe vs Khan it does but thats it.

10 million? This is because Floyd got him paid! Should logic dictates he continue dining out on that one & continue with such sums? No. Cos that was down to Floyd & he ain't him! He lost by the way..

Correct on acknowledging he isn't them. I know!

His LAST PPV lost money. Fact! Cite Khan. I haven't see any official figures just Oscar hamming it up as per... He since vacated & took a drubbing by the fans. His rep is damaged.

One more point on this how as a GGG can can you criticize another's comp Alvarez had bad year by his standards but small ass Khan is a better win then D.Wade
And Smith at 154 is a better win than Brook at 160.
Hell Khan is probably a better win than Brook when you factor in weight and the fact that Khan within 3 fights at WW already had a resume on par or better than Brook.

Shame Brooks ****ing him up soon then in it. Factor in weight? Khan started as frigging LW didn't he? And an obese Brook would school Smith let alone a 160 one. Smith lol He's useless.. Give over.
