Umm no they wont. They havent even manufactured an aircraft career yet. The USA dwarfs China in every military area. And manpower is nothing if you dont have the money to feed your army. A third of China's citizenry lives off a dollar a day. They have famines almost every year.

China's size will most likely end up hurting them in the long run. Pollution. Competition over resources. Gap between rich and poor, ect.
