Hasn't the IOC banned trans and intersex athletes from competing against women? I know Seb Coe has generally been against it and he's pretty high up in the IOC now. Obviously, there will counter legal attempts against the ruling as is often the case in these types of situations. Caster Semenya (middle-long distance runner) has been in legal battles for years now due to being intersex and banned from competing against women unless she takes something to lower her testosterone levels.
