I know it happens, don't think it's right. He should have to fight at least 1 top HW.

Maybe so but he was the number 2 in the division.

And the little Polish guy you a referring to beat Bell easier, than Mormeck did. Plus Mormeck was ko'd by Bell in their first fight and Mormeck is the man who the David Hype fanboys say is a solid quality win.

Enzo Maccarannelli was botton half of the top 10, Cunningham was the IBF champ therefore Haye wasnt undisputed.

Too many belts for that now. If everyone had to fight one top contender before they got a title shot there'd never be any time for any title fights.

At last people are getting to a point which has been true in this sport for years, I.E that the champions of the lower divisions can step up in weight and challenge the champion above them. What would people rather have, Haye fighting 10+ bums and contenders before a shot? What about Fitzsimmons, Carpentier, Conn, Moore, Foster, or Spinks? They all went straight in for the kill more or less. If he has his arse handed to him so be it, but he should be respected for having the balls to try and nail the hardest guys in the division, and with his speed and punch he has a good shot at getting Klitchko.

We don't have to wait and "see" anything, im not claiming Haye is going to beat Wlad, im stating that your an ignorant moron. The Klitschko brothers are both excellent fighters and there would be no shame in a CW who is self-aware of his durability issuess stepping in the ring with either one of them and proving unsuccessful. Haye has already done more than most of the HW's out there could ever dream of, won multiple belts in a division.

At least he has enough respect to come in to a fight in shape. In the current division that alone is just about grounds for a title shot.

Is it me or does that make no sense? Some people here should stop blocking punches with their heads!

He is in the top 10, because the governing bodies are aware of how shallow the talent pool is, and how he rates against that weak competition, with the benefit of his CW work.

Who did Holyfield beat to 'move up' for his title shot? Thompson beat Couser before he got his shot. Just because you think that is how it should be, doesn't mean that's how it is, or that that is even remotely feasible.

I agree with that but at the same time I'm not 100% sure that he's not a bit scared to fight another heavyweight if the title is not on the line.
I mean a revenge match up with Solis would have been a good step up for him to see what he can do.
He is a man who is all about the money after all!

how can he be undisputed when he didn't have all the belts? this is why it has gone down hill. all you nuthuggers posting nothing but what suits you, not facts.

Erm only James Tillis, Pinklon Thomas, Alex Stewart and Michael Dokes

All were pretty decent respected fighters and Holyfield was a physical beast when he was at cruiserweight.

He lost against Ibragimov and then got a title shot against Valuev, doesn't exactly fit into your theory of moving up and getting a shot (and presumably moving back down if you lose).
