Froch cares about that loss so much so he will do everything not to avenge it !

No he wanted to rematch Ward after the fight in the UK with drug testing and Ward basically said no.

In a perfect situation Ward does deserve a shot at Froch, anyone holding a win over an opponent and hasn't lost since should be seen as a viable opponent deserving of a rematch. While Ward has been inactive he is still regarded as the best at super middle and until he shows any sign of weakness that will always be the case despite his prolonged absence.

But Boxing is a business and Froch is at the end of his career and looking to cash out before retirement. Boxers only have a limited earning period so I have no problem with a fighter at the end of their careers going for a cash grab.

Ward simply isn't a big enough draw to interest Froch unless Ward is willing to make concessions such as fight Froch in the UK. With Ward being a poor draw and wanting to call all the shots in the negotiations he isn't making a great case for doing all he can to make this fight happen.

SOB Ward will only fight in his home town with his personal referee, judges, boxing commission, etc. If the fight were to take place in the UK is should sell, but in Ward's home town? Not enough interest. Stevenson called out Ward live on HBO, but Ward refused to answer him...................Stevenson said that he would come down to 168. When asked about fighting Kovalev, Ward said that Kovalev was too big for him, yet Ward was a light heavyweight as an amateur..............Ward is no prima donna.............he is boring..............

WBA have ordered Ward and Froch to agree terms for a fight in 30 days.

This is the best scenario for Ward it was looking like he was going to struggle to find the kind of opponent that would provide him with the paydays he wants for bothering to step in the ring.

Even if they don't come to terms the fight will go to purse bids so either Hearn outbids Roc Nation to bring the fight to the UK where it will be more lucrative forcing Ward either to travel or drop the belt or Roc Nation accept a financial loss and overpays to bring Froch over the the states.

You know, if Froch had perhaps won the fight or was even more competitive, he'd have more leverage for his 'demands'.

But getting tooled then wanting a hometown fight? Funniest isht since BHop wanting 50/50 and RJJ to move down in weight. Hilarious.

Zaggers should come out of retirement to send Ward back into it

The fight should take place in England this time, not Oakland/America. Lets see if Ward has what it takes to win in hostile territory for once, the judges/refs/boxing commision will be against him here. Just like it's been for for his opponents throughtout the majority of his career.

No I give Ward credit for beating Froch ! And why does Ward have to move up and no one else ? I don't hear anything about anyone else having to move up so why does Ward have to ? I got mad respect for Froch but he should reallyntrynto agent his loss

Ward already beat Froch and is the superior boxer personally I feel he should fight a Dirrel, Degale, or Groves. You know Hearn is going to win that purse bid and want the fight in UK with drug testing. Ward will NOT take the fight.

He can fight a Dirrel, Groves, or Degale. 2 former gold medalists sounds nice. Only problem with Froch-Ward is that Hearn will win bid and take fight in UK and Ward will turn it down. Ward will also not take drug testing which can also kill the fight.
