David Bostice 121, against Ed Mahone was in the 10th and final round

    Here's some more stats

Total Punches Connected in a Round by a Heavyweight:
Michael Spinks 84 against Gerry Cooney round 5, of which 70 were power punches
Andrew Golota 71 against Riddick Bowe round 2
Frans Botha 69 against Billy Wright 2 round

Nice info, but in each of these cases the aggressor had the other guy on the verge of a KO, and was unleashing full firepower to close the show. I'm interested in knowing what heavyweights could consistently punch like that all the time, from the first round until the last, in every fight.

    What about Frazier?

It does impress me that Ali averaged over 60 punches per round in Superfight III.
