Liston has the best shot based on his combined jab, skill and power ..

Louis had a good shot based on Holyfield liking to trade ... if he traded with Louis it would not be good ...

A prime Frazier could stop him late

Those are my best shots ...

Prime Foreman would crunch him,Prime Tyson could in brutal fashion,Prime Joe Fraizers uppercuts would be devastating for Holyfield, prime Tim Wheatherspoon's straight right could be pretty devastating,Jack Dempsey would assault the **** out of him,i can also see a straight righthand from Jersey Joe knocking his head off,and just because of the way he takes punches and how many he took,i can see boxer punchers like Ali,Louis, and Holmes stopping him late with a accumalation of shots he was lucky he didnt face these kind of guys.He is 1 of the hardest guys in the history of boxing to stop, but a guy that takes as many bombs and makes himself available like he does its always a chance, and he never got to fight these elite heavyweights except for a few past their prime,i have feeling we would think different about him,if he faced these guys in their prime.

Do some research on Sullivan. He was cat-quick with incredible power. I give him an excellent chance.

I've read quiet a lot about Sullivan, powerful, tough as nail, but slow, very poor technic and not a man with a gameplan, relied on brute strength and edurance.

He was known for his incredible speed as much as his power.

I don't know how you are judging his technique. Contemporaries complimented it immensely.

I suggest you read a bit more.

Most of that reading was on the General Forum?

I actually think quite a few fighters in history have a good chance of stopping evander. Prime Foreman, Tyson, Liston, Louis, Dempsey etc are obvious candidates. I think Ali is a very good chance.

I give outside chances even to guys like tunney, Conn, Charles etc who would be a chance on accumulation but certainly not guaranteed.

Two really interesting ones would be Fitzsimmons and Langford, who would land big at some stage, almost certainly. I think both might do the job in upsets.

If you haven't read about Sullivan's speed of hand and foot, then either you have horrible retention or are reading about a different fighter. I don't even know where to begin here.
