Yes...everything is highly subjective here. The 1. problem is everybody has different visions, different assumptions and imaginations how this fantasy fights will develop. The 2. problem is everybody is a little biased + the human brain and the memory is not inerrable. 3. Problem All 16 guys are legends and fantastic boxers. I also had many conflicts where i was between 60-40 and 55-45 etc.
    But i will explain:
I don't hate Wlad at all...let's say i don't like his style, how he get away with so much fouling (at least in my opinion) and the whole luridness of his career. Ofc it is not completely his fault. It was a boring decade and he never fought a really good man at his peak (except Joshua and Fury). This fights clearly displayed how "limited" he was when he can't play his cards by always pushing down etc. And imo that was a really good version of Wlad.
Foreman - Frazier 95-5 -> To me Frazier is tailormade for Foreman.
Ali Louis 80-20 -> mainly because of Louis' footwork (But 75-25 would also be fine)
In my perfect little world all the holding and nasty stuff is forbidden and sanctioned...that makes it harder for all the big guys from 90's to this day. So big muscular guys like Bowe, Lewis etc got more challengend when it comes to stamina, workrate and defence. I guess Vitali was one of the last 2-3 big men who fought at least partially aggressive. So i favor him more. The problem with Frazier which came to my mind is his lack of versatility. But again everything is highly subjective and hypothetical. ;)

Good post. Frazier is hard for me to rank. He is an all-time great HW, but I can't see him beating 4 of these guys in a row. I can't see him beating a Foreman, Liston, or Holyfield. At the same time, he is the favorite vs Ali, the #1 seed.

It would be pretty great, both men throwing and landing a lot of shots. The problems are a) Joe hits harder than Holy, period, and b) could hang with him on the inside for days. Holy didn't quite hit hard enough to keep Joe off him.

I could actually see Holy losing a MD though, I don't think Joe would quite stop him.

    Interesting thinking.

Under that scenario some gems we'd also get are -

    Frazier - Bowe
    Liston - Dempsey
    Marciano - Tyson
    Holmes - Holyfield

I think the 2nd round would have some dream matchups

    Louis vs Tyson

    Foreman vs Liston

    Ali vs Holyfield

    Lewis vs Frazier

I think the first 2 matches are better than the 2nd 2. Liston vs Foreman would be an amazing matchup of brute strength. Louis vs Tyson would be interesting because Louis alleged weakness according to this board is his slow footwork and Tyson has the best footwork and fundamentals of any HW with the exception of Ali.
