I'm not convinced by DeGale...he has had it very easy so far.

We'll see how he copes when he is in the trenches, and his leaky defense is under attack...Smith could be the one to do that.

He has skills and power...but his work-rate needs to improve. He could slowly fall in love with his power if he doesn't. Also, I don't believe he is ready for World level just yet...Berto would beat him.

I think he would pick his work rate up when forced to by better opposition but as of yet he hasn't found anyone to force him into a fight.

By the way dude i love the avatar.... first time i saw that video on youtube my face hurt from laughing so much

Absolutely Agree...In fact, I think I remember Kasim Ouma getting a shitty deal from the judges in a fight versus Matirsyan.

Martirosyan, Alvarez(awaiting a shitstorm now), Kell Brook. As much as I hate him, I think DeGale is much better than Groves and Groves is more likely to lose when he steps up. Also, a couple of Irish guys, all three Hyland's and Willie Casey are a bit overrated, good at European level but not futher than that IMO.

Hopefully he will...I'm not stating that I believe he is overrated because I don't like him, I would definitely like to see him do well. But don't believe he can compete at world level at the minute.

Yeah that video is brilliant...especially the one with the music, I can't remember what song it is...but it's a perfect fit. :good

Ok...Here is my take on Saul Alvarez (and I mentioned this in a Thread awhile back). Alvarez is a BIG-ASS DUDE for a Mexican. He began fighting as a pro at 14 or 15 at 140lbs. And has weighed

the welterweight limit 10 times and 5 of those times

. And he's only 20 years old. He is just a big guy....and "His People" said he's going back to 147bls. You can't **** with nature. Once his Body Matures...He'll be every bit of 160plus. And you have to be a VERY SPECIAL 5'9 SMW...And Alvarez is Solid, BUT NOT VERY SPECIAL. "His People" are going to "drain him" from his natural body weight to make 147lbs...it will eventually catch him to him.

Just look at the way Degale behaves after a fight... he is a ****

Edit: just to elaborate a bit... there is confidence... then there is annoying arrogance.... James Degale has that same annoying arrogance Naz had
