What i hate about MMA

Thanks for the vid. A self-given black belt is not a smart idea. I've seen that kind of stuff happen before but it's usually a brown belt or purple belt defecting to a new school and being instantly promoted to a black belt. It used to happen to Relson's teams all the time. His purple belts were always getting promoted to black belt by rival coaches.

I was surprised at how well Casey held in there. I expected Lindland to crush him much sooner. Lindland is one of those tough RAW team originals along with Couture, Henderson and Trigg who all went on to be elite and even legendary fighters in their own right.

 

People that train with Matt Lindland says he's shytty... and favors people and stuff...

like Chael Sonnen...

 

He "favors" the ones that work the hardest, like Chael Sonnen.
