With all the crap decisions, unfair match ups, greed and egomania that are killing boxing...here are somethings that would get me excited about watching.

    1. Unification in WW. There is a lot of talent in WW and exciting fights to be made. Ultimately, this year, I would like to see Mayweather, Berto, Mosley and Pac thrown into a pile and a unified champion emerge.

    2. Unification at MW. Pavlik may be able to get this done inside a year, assuming the fights can be made, etc..

    3. Klitschko HW Unification. We are only one fight away from this happening now. I can understand Haye and Ruiz playing stall ball for a while to cash in. I have no problem with that. Ruiz especially has worked hard for it. BUT..neither of those guys are the caliber of Wlad or Vitali who would take the strap if given the chance.

    4. Cotto vs. Margarito, in PR on June 13. Redemption and Revenge could be the tag line.

    5. Mayweather KTFO. Somebody, please, make this happen!

    6. Hatton vs. Marquez. This could be the most exciting fight to watch all year long. Slugfest if there ever was one.

    7. Amir Kahn vs. Malinaggi. Two feather fisted guys putting on a boxing clinic. Winner of this one fighting the winner of Hatton/Marquez.

    8. More of the Super 6 Tourney. They put together a great tourney. I hope they replace Taylor with someone exciting and deserving.

    9. Arreola vs. Helenius. I think these guys would be a good match up. Someone would get knocked out, thats for sure.

    10. Tua vs. a Top 10 HW. Just to see if he has still got anything left.

    11. Tyson and Holyfield as partners on Dancing With The Stars.

Adamek - Arreola will probably be a blast while it lasts.

Margarito would be out of his mind to even step foot in Puerto Rico.

I`d like to see either of Hopkins or Pavlik having the guts to fight Bute this year. But will not happen.

I can see the Mosley/FMJ winner fighting MP at some point, especially if it is Mosley.

Pavlik vs. PW will probably happen by end of year, beginning of next year (total guess) because the fans want it, and because PW will see the light.

It the rumors of $$$ disputes are true, and PW is demanding half (unrealistic), if Pavlik moves on towards unification PW will need a big pay day and probably come around.

Haye may not get past Ruiz. I think Haye is overconfident and Ruiz wants it so bad he can taste it. The end result will be Haye/Ruiz winner will need to step up to fight the best, a Klitschko, and neither Ruiz nor Haye have a chance at winning.

I'd like to see HBO step it up and offer something realistic for a Pavlik/Sturm fight. Their last offer was an insult to both fighters.

I'd like to see Martinez/Williams II for the WBC title at 154.

I'd like to see a lot more of Nehomar Cermeno.

Darchinyan has a fight with TBA on March 6th. I'd like to see Vic 3 times this year.

Nothing against Lara, but I hope Grady Brewer knocks his ass out, and turns the win into a big pay day with a name opponent.
