I don’t actually agree with most people’s opinions here. Not that I like this style but he has to watch Lewis vs Tyson, Wlad vs Povetkin, Fury va Cunningham. Those are all ugly wins, but that’s how a big guy beats these smaller, faster counter type heavyweights. AJ has to hug, lean and wrestle Usyk until he tired and slows down. He also has to learn to throw punches in the clinch. Of course AJ hasn’t shown this style, but I think he is a good student of the sport and would do it. He changed up his physic and style considerably for the Ruiz rematch and this fight. I also don’t agree that AJ doesn’t have heart or too scared to rumble. He went toe to toe with Klitschko and get getting back up against Ruiz. I think his team just had a smart plan for the Ruiz match up. AJ is not the first chinny champion that has had to protect his chin. I think he just gets terribly scrutinized as a highly promoted champion. Now if he can make the adjustments and execute them is another story. He could get countered and KO’d trying this style. I’m not sure one camp is enough, but he surprised me with the Ruiz rematch.
Not so much style, but bring in lighter and super fast guys just to get you used to that pace that Uysk Sets.
A.J gets tired. It so easy for fans to blame trainer and so on. Vs Pulev he did very well 3 rounds, looked like he soon will finish Pulev. Nope, he get tired! then he relaxed and had re - charged, then continued again to bet Pulev, then again looked tired, again had to relax and rest, until re- charged again. Vs Usyk you will not be able to do this. This was Pulev, this even better luck
Usyk hit him clean in 3th round and AJ from that point was very very cautious. He respect Usyks power.
