I would respect Pacquaio if he stepped up and said: "I'm on steroids, which is why I deny to take a test at any given time". And I would respect Mayweather if he stepped up and said: "I'm afraid of Pacquaio because he uses steroids, which is why I refuse to fight him, unless he can prove he isn't on steroids". Why can't they just be honest? Everyone, except the Pacquiao/Mayweather-fanboys (meaning us who are neutral) can see the truth clearly
It's not really an issue any more is it. Pacquiao is clean and has said he will do the tests and Mayweather's not afraid of him anymore. It's just become an ego thing now and both guys know they don't need each other. I'd actually respect them more if they just retired and not continue to drag the public along on a false fight any more.
I think every pro nowadays is probably using PEDs, including Floyd. Guy fights once a year, the rest of the year he's free to "supplement" his training. Probably while training too. These pros know how to beat tests. All the people that get caught, there's probably dozens who don't get caught.
