    Okay, Folks, real simple here...:yep

Let's match Rocco Marciano of Sept. '52 against the March of '71 Joe Frazier in which both men are in peak shape... Marciano is around a trim and fit 184 to 187 pounds, as Frazier is over 200 pounds near 206 on the scale...
    :deal
15 rds of action wearing 10 oz. Everlast gloves in a 20 X 20 ring... Three knockdown rule is in effect...
    :bbb
    Who's your main man here?:huh

    Marciano would win.

I know it's heresy, but I don't think Frazier was that good.

fair enough. i feel he'd bust up marciano's nose something vicious. it would be fought at a similar distance as frazier-chuvalo but marciano would do his fair share of damage and make it a war until the 9th round when it's stopped

    Why not 68-69 Frazier???

But I would hesitantly pick Frazier by decision....but in about as a narrow a margin as possible.

    Agree with this.

9, maybe 10 rounds, is about what it would go.

Marciano's face would be hideous at the end.

Joe wouldn't look too good either, but his hand gets raised.

No doubt a war for the ages. This is the one I'd most want to see of any fantasy matchup.

Frazier probably wins, but I wouldn't put money on it. That 3-knockdown rule may come into play for Frazier...

I'd just want to see it.

Depends on who backs who up.

Might go just one round, or a late round stoppage.

Personally, I like Frazier here. But, Joe was a slow starter.... Yet, Joe Wally dropping Marciano in rond 1 in '52 scares me a bit, too.... Both Frazier and Marciano could be nailed early.... I also gotta assume Frazier's hook had more sting / power than Wally's......

honestly, i think frazier kicks rocky's ass. (i know this is considered sacrilege on here) joe was too big and he would be on rocky as long as the fight lasted. mid-round stoppage for frazier.

Marcino hit harder with both hands, and yes, his left hook was harder, Fraizier did throw his more, due to not having much of right hand. Marciano by ko, inside 5. I like fraizer, but he would be in over head, especially due to style. Also, why do peopel think marciano's nose fell off every fight? :D One fight with Charles he caught elbow to nose, got it ripped up, he did not bust up that easy. He did get some cuts in rougher fights, but he was no Chuck Wepner.

One thing's for sure. The judges cards ain't going to be needed in this one !

A superb action fight, from start to finish. Fluctuating fortunes abounding,I see the ref pulling a valiant Marciano out of there around the ninth or tenth. The Rock would be bleeding copiously.
