who would you root for say Usyk beat Joshua twice and faces Fury for undisputed HW championship, both are likable fighters and many people i know are fans of both.. who would you root for in such a clash?
Don't do this to me, man. Love both those guys. All I am going to say is that, sometimes I go with the conventional wisdom that Fury is just too big for Usyk. But the thing is, I have always said that the guy who can beat Fury is the guy who can throw 70 a round, because Fury himself has a very low output. Usyk averages 70-80 a round in big fights, and has done something like 112 in a round. I still say Fury, but Usyk winning a fight will NEVER, EVER surprise me.
Usyk wouldnt stand a chance, if fury liked he could maul him to same way he mauled cunningham and wilder. Usyk is even smaller then both of these guys.
Fury would overwhelm him with his size and stop him or the ref would step in. If he did that to a puncher like wilder then no doubt he’d do it to the smaller and less powerful Usyk
This Usyk hype is getting out of hand. Like when people thought David Haye was gonna dethrone the Klitschko's. This puny cruiserweight isn't doing jack at heavyweight! And as sooner people realise that, the better! Lol
that’s the way I see it usky looked crap against Witherspoon and is too small to compete at the weight he jumped up for the big money fights and whilst he will do his best to win against Fury, aj and co he just won’t be able to succeed
I'm not taking anything away from his cruiserweight achievements. But beating a couple of amateur heavyweights in a 4 or 5 round tournament. And beating Witherspoon and Chisora isn't going to convince me he's going to beat Joshua or Fury. I think the bodybuilder starches him out!
