No, that won't make him the best of his era. It's quite clear atm he ain't even second best, let alone no. 1.
Fury clearly beats him.
Usyk beat him.
And I'd even bet my money on Wilder beating him too.

 

If AJ beats Usyk and Fury then yes he becomes top HW of this era.

 

He won't win, he sucks compared to Fury.

 

His resume, whilst impressive for a 13-fight pro career, is absolutely nowhere near where it needs to be for him to be in this picture.

Just to be clear, Joyce's resume is less impressive than Delboy's - he looks like he's got potential to be trouble, but he's beaten nobody better than a couple of fairly average gatekeepers in Jennings and a borderline shot Takam... There's a whole level of fighters at least to beat before Joyce is making waves at the top of an elite resume.

H2H predictions with no evidentiary basis are worthless - and Joyce has no business in this conversation right now.

 

Unless they're robberies, going 1-1 with both of them would probably put him top too.

Joshua needs to make drastic changes otherwise if the rematch goes anything like the first fight with Usyk there’s a good chance he gets stopped next time .
