WHAT IF boxing switched to MMA style gloves?

    we would see alot more knock outs, but people would die. wouldnt not be a good thing.

    It wouldn't be a smart move. Boxers are the most lethal with their hand and more fighters would die or be permanently damaged. Not a good idea. "A much more exciting sport" would also possibly mean more deaths and permanent damage. Imagine prime Tyson hitting someone with 8 oz gloves, keeping in mind what he use to do with 12- 16 oz gloves. I like both, but now man MMA guys have that kind of power?
