I don't think it's that big of an upset if Chavez wins, it looks like he is taking this one seriously and is in shape. This has cherry-pick gone wrong written all over it.
This is my kind of troll, @innertodeepz you should take coaching from this guy 'IsaL' because you suck at this (hint; the troller isn't supposed to let the trollee know you are a pathetic, bitter, miserable, thick, loser - you are supposed to act like you love life because you are awesome and very knowledgeable and always mention how you have no bias whatsoever, this is all trolling101). He throws the odd sensible assertion in to throw you off then next post unloads an avalanche of lying nonsense and gets fat off the butthurt he creates, of course he doesn't believe anything he says, its all for the reaction. A troll operating at this level of sophistication will never eat a ban but he may provoke a couple of his targets to. @LANCE99, Don't waste anymore time on this trolling minnow, Take a shot at a shark-troll like IsaL who I see as to Canelo - what MVC! is to Floyd, high praise indeed but these are pros of the troll game, the glue that holds this forum together. I miss Willie Maeket, what went wrong there - why is he banned? Who is he now, more importantly? Don't miss shock-master who was more innertodeepz than MVC!
A trilogy will only happen if the first fight is an exciting, back and forth type contest which nets lots of $$$$$. A KO either way will probably not warrant even a rematch. on a side note, the 8-1 odds for Canelo seem a bit high IMO Jr will make it competitive cause he does have some advantages. Also, some reports claim that some tickets to this fight are re-selling for about $30K.
Don't worry Oscar has that scenario covered. No way he'd let his little cherub take a risk. Of course theres a chance Chavez jr could double cross him & go for real. He'd be a hero if he KO'd Canelo.
I personally, wouldn't have a problem with a loss. I loved watching Pretty boy and Money Mayweather, but people were misled as a result of him into thinking that preserving a 0 or as few losses as possible is desired above and beyond fighting the best and toughest matches and letting the record be what it may be as a result. I respect Canelo for fighting a big man, and if he gets into the ring with GGG them even more so. As long as he gives a good and tough account of himself, I have nothing negative to say about the man.
Nothing anyone says about him could be more damaging to his credibility than what he's done to himself. Calling GGG into the ring trying to be Macho bragging " I'll fight you anytime @ 160 Put the gloves back on lets do it now BUT When he was called on it & told he must defend the WBC belt against GGG he did a complete 180. He meekly handed the belt back rather than be a MAN & FIGHT & defend it. Before you come the " He didn't do that it was Oscar made him do it" If that is the case then it makes Pollo look even more the spineless wussie letting someone who wears black fishnets & red high heels dictate what you can do
If chavez jr wins, canelo fights him again and puts G on standby, G will be looking at charlo and jacobs 2 in the meantime
