I remember there was an old comic-book series titled what if...where an alternate universe existed where something may or may not have happened that affected a character's life or what happened to the world.

So, on that front what do you think would've happened had they fought again? Maybe Chico stays at 140 and is still fighting the likes of Peterson, Khan, Maidana or maybe his fate was already written. Inquiring minds want to know:huh

I think Castillo would have walked him down and stopped Chico in fairly one sided fashion. Chico still would have fought his heart out.

Exactly. They were both ruined by the first fight, but Diego was more far gone. Plus Diego never fought to his strengths during either bout. I couldn't believe he tried to brawl with Castillo again after pulling one out of the fire the first time.

Castillo would have brutally KO'd Corrales quicker then he did in their rematch.

I think Corrales would've ko'd Castillo at 140, but for whatever reason Gary Shaw decided to sabotage Corrales' career or didn't want him fighting in a weight class with some of GS' other fighters so he kept him at 140. Castillo would've made weight if the fight was at junior welter instead of lightweight. Corrales could still be fighting in that division today if things had played out differently.
